...we used some of your ideas! They were great. We took the
buffet out of the dining room and gave it to my neighbor who
bought it from us. It gave the room a whole different look. I also
put a table runner (matched the counter top color) on my kitchen
table and a decorative iron holder with assorted wicker balls in it.
Moved a picture from my great room into the kitchen on that big
blank wall, we couldn't get over what a difference it made.
We just wanted to test the waters and see how it played out for
Saturday's showing. We should have used you earlier on, when
we actually had the funds to spare.

“I had a ‘while you were out’ experience!’ Our house was on the market for about
nine months when our new agent suggested a stager. Along comes Ruth into our
home…but I was leaving for a weekend in Connecticut. Gary stayed home with
Ruth all day re-decorating and re-arranging. Although Gary tried to tell me on the
phone all the changes, it still was hard to visualize. What a wonderful surprise I
